シンガポールはGlyceryl Trinitrate(GTN)のスプレータイプの薬が主流のようです。1本400mcgスプレー　（錠剤もシンガポールでは一応流通しているようです。）

急性の狭心症発作の初期治療

・Give non-enteric coated chewable aspirin 162-325 mg orally to patients with suspected acute coronary syndrome (ACS) as soon as possible.

・Give sublingual nitroglycerin 0.3-0.4 mg every 5 minutes for a total of 3 doses as needed for resolution of ischemic symptoms and then assess need for IV nitroglycerin.
